As with Michael Cohen's memo, Paul Manafort's memo seems Very Legal & Very Cool. 
It appears as though Manafort may have told investigators one thing, perhaps changed his mind or he got a tip off that he could be pardoned and tried to back track. But of course Mueller, as one of the only not redacted parts says, has hard evidence (including emails).
And as I continue to read I am proven correct. Manafort told one story, then changed his story, and then tried to change his story back to his original story. Because as I've been saying for over a year, these criminals are not just sloppy but stupid.
Mueller ends the Manafort memo by basically saying Manafort is not only a liar and they can prove it but that he was bad at lying and it was easy to determine what was a lie and what wasnt. What that tells us is Mueller has a hoard of *hard evidence* at his disposal. #Covfefe
