In 2009 suicide among Border Patrol Agents skyrocketed, this individual apparently shot himself in the chest, whatever this referral was to IG it was "referred/no reply" 
Call it coincidence that same year, complaints to the IG also increased dramatically about illegal guns (from the U.S) and rogue agents participating in drug dealing and human trafficking. Sounds like one hell of a time to be a good guy 😞
There is basically a known felon that has been hired with a track record that goes back to the 80's, the record notes that accusations are substantiated but again, referred-no reply.
