On November 1, 1984, a mob of 4000 attacked Gurdwara Rakabgunj. Two sikhs, father and son, were burnt alive. Mr Suri, a journalist, witnessed the mob. He told the Commission the mob was led by one man.

That man just became the 18th Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh.

Kamal Nath.
Great catch by @TajinderBagga.

NDTV: Did Rajiv Gandhi send you to Gurdwara?
Kamal Nath: No

Print: Did Rajiv Gandhi send you to Gurdwara?
Kamal Nath: Yes

Also:

Kamal Nath to NDTV: I didn't recognise anyone in the mob

Kamal Nath to Print: I did recognise some faces in the mob
By accident or design, STARTLING differences in the testimonies of Kamal Nath

In the 2016 NDTV video () he implicates neither Rajiv Gandhi nor the Congress

In the 2019 Print video () he implicates both Rajiv Gandhi and the Congress
