Answer: Sexual control is a learned practice and he can improve. There are a couple of things I would suggest. But the responsibility is on him to work on this. He has to be willing to change.
During kunyaza, there are a few methods he might be using. If he is stimulating the clitoris w/the head of his penis, he is getting a lot of stimulation. He has to monitor his breathing while performing this act.
When he feels himself getting close to ejaculation, he can take three deep breaths (in:nose, out:mouth). He should focus on his breathing. This will slow his heart rate and delay the ejaculation.
Another very simple tip? Practice kunyaza MORE. Daily, or frequent, sexual activity lessens the quickened ejaculation response. Try having sex more to give time to practice sexual control.
