@Redmoonblade Here goes. This will be a thread.
I'm not religious, but I believe a lot of recognition of human nature was written into the Bible, and much of what's called "prophesy" in it is based on that.
So with that in mind, think about the "mark of the beast" prophesy, but modern.
@Redmoonblade First modern change: It's not a prediction about a devil, but a metaphor for what people with unlimited power would do if they had the ability to "mark" everyone in society approved, or disapproved, to facilitate their control over the population.
@Redmoonblade Imagine it's not a physical mark, but a "mark of approval" by authoritarian ideologues (regressives) with influence in the banking industry. It'll be communicated through either approval or denial of electronic financial transactions.
@Redmoonblade This has already begun. Mastercard is forcing payment processors to refuse to do business with individuals, groups, or companies that don't comply with the rules of political correctness as progressives and/or SJWs see them.
@Redmoonblade That's a lot of power over people's exercise of free speech, despite being a part of a government-protected industry.
Take a look at this thread.

(There's more.)
@Redmoonblade Social network & other platform administrators have already showed an attitude of entitlement to control the public using a system of rewards and punishment... as articulated by Twitter's CEO Jack Dorsey...
@Redmoonblade ...remember, Dorsey said Twitter's staff uses suspension, visibility throttling, and account banning "to impact and change people's behavior."
Now Mastercard is doing the same thing through aggregates like Patreon & Paypal. They've done this over guns, too.
@Redmoonblade Everything that would be needed to financially cut people off from the rest of society exists, and it's already starting to be combined for use in collaborative projects. It's also already starting to be weaponized against targets most of the public won't defend.
@Redmoonblade It's what was done to Alex Jones, what was done to Milo, what's been done to Jihad watch, and most recently, Sargon.
@Redmoonblade These incidents have made it clear that these companies are not just enforcing their rules on their own platforms, but using their platforms as a means to try to enforce their beliefs and attitudes on the general public.
@Redmoonblade They have maneuvered themselves into a position in which commerce relies on their cooperation, whether it's social media's position as a main means of getting one's message out to the public, or banks' position as a main means of trading currency or credit for goods and services.
@Redmoonblade It's extremely disturbing to realize that all it takes to shut down an independent media source is for social justice ideologues to whine to these companies until they respond with an attack on the target's financial sustainability. That's a huge power grab. But it's not all.
@Redmoonblade Combine that power with a credit system like the one that has been created in China, called Credit Sesame, which rates people on their compliance with China's code of morals for its citizens, and either rewards or penalizes them with more or less financial freedom.
@Redmoonblade Buy the wrong product, go to the wrong businesses, put the wrong decorations up in your yard... you lose things like the freedom to travel. The wrong political opinions are severely penalized. Associating with people who make the wrong decisions is even penalized.
@Redmoonblade In China, your credit sesame score can be lowered if you regularly associate with someone whose score is low.
@Redmoonblade We already have a credit reporting system in the US which rewards or penalizes people for their financial habits, and those who don't borrow money at all are penalized just as harshly as those who borrow irresponsibly.
@Redmoonblade Consumer credit is not about the consumer's financial responsibility. It's about whether the consumer's financial behavior benefits the banking industry. The wrong financial habits, including those that don't rely on using interest-bearing credit, are severely penalized.
@Redmoonblade Your credit score doesn't just affect your borrowing ability. It's checked by many employers during the hiring process. If your credit score is bad, it's harder to get a job.
We're all subject to this. There is no opt-out. Having no score is as bad as having one that is low.
@Redmoonblade It wouldn't take much to transform our existing credit reporting system into a social credit reporting system like China has.
By the way, that company markets its services to U.S. citizens, too.
@Redmoonblade And it wouldn't be hard to track everyone for it, either. We already have social media and google tracking everything we do via our use of social media, search engine services, even through ads we encounter via everyday use of the internet.
@Redmoonblade There is not only not a guarantee that you won't be tracked unless you opt in... there's no effective opt-out. If you're looking at ads on a webpage, you're being tracked, and your information is being sold. Block tracking & many websites block your access until you unblock it.
@Redmoonblade Many people have even installed a device in their home that listens to their conversations. Devices like Alexa that are on all the time can track everything. There've been incidents that demonstrate the level of privacy violation that is possible with these devices.
@Redmoonblade People are funneling their financial information, personally identifying information, and even control over their home electronics (connected through their mobile phones) through these things.
And it's all recorded.
theverge.com/2018/12/20/181…
@Redmoonblade Google is currently working with Mastercard to track people's real-world purchases and attach that information to google's ad service, meaning google ads service would be getting information about everywhere you shop & everything you buy.
@Redmoonblade Google tracks your whereabouts using your mobile phone... even if you opt out of their tracking.
nbcnews.com/tech/tech-news…
@Redmoonblade So there's how big businesses can know pretty much everything you do - where you go, who you're with, what you buy, even what you talk about with other people in the privacy of your own home.
@Redmoonblade Connect the capabilities between these companies (which are already collaborating on various projects,) and an entire system which would allow these entities to cooperate with each other to track everything in an individual's life...
@Redmoonblade ... and either reward or penalize them for their life choices, beliefs, associations, everything... it's already in place. The desire to do it, as they've demonstrated this year, is already in place.
@Redmoonblade I predict the next step will be a proposal to eliminate physical currency, probably under the guise of eliminating counterfeiting, because if there's no physical currency that leaves only electronic transfers if you want to buy anything, even at the corner store.
@Redmoonblade Then, the common citizen would literally be unable to work for pay, purchase food or drink, or obtain anything of any financial value without the permission of the controlling banks.
@Redmoonblade You'd need their approval to live... and if you didn't have it, they'd be able to cut you off from society entirely, because they could not only make you incapable of spending money... they could punish anyone they caught associating with you.
@Redmoonblade There is no need for conspiracy theories about implanted chips... we carry them around in our wallets, in our phones, have them installed in our homes. Why waste money and risk discovery implanting them into people's bodies?
