The filings at SCOTUS are under seal, so we can’t read them, as it was at the DC Circuit. All we know about the dispute came in the brief circuit order denying the company’s stay request. Chief Justice Roberts put the contempt order in hold while SCOTUS considers the matter.
The company challenging the contempt order in the mystery grand jury matter has filed a reply (under seal, as with the other filings, so we don’t know what it says) at #SCOTUS.
Note: Despite what the CNN chyron is saying here, there were no oral arguments held in the secret grand jury matter — which is a stay request (meaning no arguments unless the court specifically orders it).
