Choosing to work the 🐍 into her act and brand (it’s what her haters were calling her) is a particularly genius move. Doesn’t take a lot of cleverness to come up with it; it takes savvy, conviction and persuasion chops to execute on it 
This song by the way is *superbly* well-written and to explain it I gotta queue up one of my favorite threads next
I find myself curious to contrast the geniuses of Taylor and Kanye. (I separate the person from the character, so I can study their craft & savvy without falling into the boring trap of hero-pedestalization.) They’re both uncommon geniuses in similar yet distinctly different ways
