Wrong question.
Ask yourself 'why did I allow it to bother me?'
You'll get more insight into your internal world by asking the second question.
Because now you are bringing the focus back on yourself.
There is a reason that you're getting offended & it's time to find out why.
Let me ask you something.....👀👇
'No.'
Why?
'Because I know it's not true.'
So why do you get offended when someone calls you a loser?
'Uh...'
Exactly.
Maybe not in front of other people, but during your alone time.
Which is why being called a loser gets under your skin.
Which is why you should view getting offended as signs for introspection rather than an opportunity to lash out.
Coming to terms with certain insecurities is hard as fuck, which is why most people run away from it.
But guess what?
'What?'
If you know it's not true, let them think whatever they want to think.
And if you lowkey know there is some truth to their harsh words, then show some courage & face that truth!
But throwing a hissyfit gets you nowhere.
It is.
Remember the famous mantra grasshopper:
'The thicker the skin, the less the stress.'
