Create a why that makes you feel hyped.
We need to get your subconscious mind read to accept this new habit as a part of your reality.
Visualize you doing the habit masterfully.
Do this daily.
Idc how strong your willpower is.
You WILL have days when you feel like a lazy sack of shit.
Have backup plans for those days.
You need to do your habit everyday to build momentum.
Skipping a day will zero you out & now you have to create the momentum again from scratch.
Use the following strategy to stay consistent:
Rewards are great for your mentality.
You're conditioning a positive feeling with this act.
Find a healthy reward that you can give yourself when you're starting off.
Note: When you build momentum, the rewards won't be as needed.
