3. Before now, you must have made your New Year resolutions and written down your goals for the next 365 days. However, your goals are nothing but a wish list if you don't back them up with deliberate actions for their actualization.

4. Writing your goals alone is not enough. Most times, people have a sense of direction of what to do but lack the focus required for achieving their goals. Therefore, you must have an action plan and deliberately execute it.
