Let's take a bit of a round trip down a rabbithole. To start off, we'll look through the set of accounts that followed all 6 banned Internet Research Agency troll accounts for which we have a list of followers, and pick an interesting-looking automated account.

cc: @ZellaQuixote
Our lucky winner is @Wutevuh, with 17.6K followers and 166K tweets. The majority of this account's tweets are automated via IFTTT, although there are potentially organic tweets via the Android app.
Looking at @Wutevuh's history, it would appear that this account was probably organically run until sometime in June 2016, from which point the majority of tweets are automated. IFTTT is the main source of automated tweets, but others have been used.
What media sources does @Wutevuh link? 75% of links are to fake news site True Pundit. Comparing @Wutevuh's schedule with @Thomas1774Paine's (True Pundit), it looks almost like @Wutevuh is copying Paine's links on a slight delay.
What does @Wutevuh tweet about and what hashtags does this account use? Trump is the most common topic, and #dtmag is the most frequently used hashtag. Let's take a closer look at #dtmag. . .
We downloaded original tweets containing #dtmag, yielding 150489 tweets from 1202 accounts since 1/2016. The first 20 accounts to tweet the hashtag are shown here; automated accounts are in red (of which there are 5, including the first to use the hashtag in connection to Trump).
Automation is a theme for accounts that use #dtmag. 317 of 1202 (26.4%) were flagged as automated due to 24/7 activity, use of automation services, or both. (3% is average for the datasets we examine.)
What media sites most frequently turn up in #dtmag tweets? Once again True Pundit makes up the lion's share, although Gateway Pundit and Breitbart have significant traffic as well.
We started down this rabbithole by looking at accounts that followed 6 banned Internet Research Agency trolls for which we have follower lists. Let's go back to the IRA set briefly and see where #dtmag overlaps a couple of datasets. . .
Two observations:

1. 410/1202 (34.1%), including @Wutevuh, follow one of the six banned IRA trolls we have follower lists for.
2. The banned IRA trolls RT'd #dtmag tweets (total of 247 in Twitter's dataset).
Blocked, belatedly.
