The Skadden settlement agreement includes, in a factual appendix, some pretty incriminating emails from a firm partner, who appears to be Greg Craig. justice.gov/opa/press-rele… 
A very tough look for Journalist-2 and a major US media outlet--Manafort's PR firm planned a leak of its Tymoshenko report to them after Ukraine's knowledgable journalists had gone to bed "in order to ensure the Government message... is conveyed at the outset of the release."
Ultimately the story went to David Herzenhorn and David Sanger at NYT (who are anonymized as Journalist-1 and Journalist-1B in the settlement agreement, but whose 12/12/12 article is quoted). nytimes.com/2012/12/13/wor…
