Election results breakdown from 2015, by regions.

SW - Buhari got 57% of the total votes cast.
SE - 7%
SS- 8%
NC- 58%
NE- 78%
NW - 84%

That translated to 54% of the total votes cast in 2015, or 15.4 million votes.

The PDP's hurdle: the 2019 voters' list gives the NW 20.2 million registered voters & the NE 11.3 million. The SW adds 16.3 million voters & the NC 13.4 million. These are the regions that gave Buhari the Presidency. How do you break those massive numbers now?

Let's assume the PDP can split the SW votes a lot better than they did in 2015 when Buhari took 57% of it. They still can't split it below 50%. Best case scenario: 50-50. They have a HUGE NW problem.

Buhari can be touched everywhere else (probability is slim) but the man is untouchable in the NW. That region will still give him 70%. Minimum. Biggest voting bloc in Nigeria is Buhari's. THAT, in my opinion, is PDP's wahala.
