The average American now knows only 2 things about the March for Life—Ben Shapiro randomly talking about baby Hitler and MAGA teens harassing a Native American man—both of which were wildly misreported for maximum damage.
I know I’m not the only one who has learned a humiliating lesson, that you will be hated no matter what, that there’s no point in trying to get out in front of a story by condemning X, and that when the mob demands Barrabas, you can’t give in and claim your hands are clean.
I do encourage everyone, especially all of the Twitter Catholics, the priests, the school, and the diocese, to publicly apologize for hastily condemning those kids, who now likely feel abandoned by their shepherds. I pray they don’t lose their faith because of it.
