I think we need to vote on a new rule. No one can quote or reference Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. unless they’ve read more than that one line from “I Have a Dream” and most certainly if their understanding of him ends at 1963.
Just reading the entire “I Have a Dream” speech would blow most folks minds.
There are SO many. If the people who quote him actually read him, they’d be absolutely scandalized. As most white people were when he was actually living.
