Facts: Letter Petition & Pil Matters : Others
Upon perusal of the status reports dated 25.7.2018 and 30.8.2018 filed by the CBI.
We find that there is sufficient material on record at this stage to raise a presumption that the CGL (Combined Graduate Level) Examination 2017 and CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) Examination 2017 were tainted.
Hence, there shall be an injunction restraining the respondents from declaring the results of the aforesaid examinations until further orders. Order accordingly.

Today-Since Justice Bobde is not sitting the matter has been adjourned till next Tuesday.

Mr Prashant Bhushan appearing for the petitioners suggests 3 more names for the committee in addition to the 2 names suggestes by the bench earlier.
Mr Mehta says that the entire exam should not be set aside and he can distinguish the individual cases where cheating has been done.
Justice Bobde says you demonstrate this to the Committee.
We will substitute two with justice Dave and Justice Singhvi says Justice Bobde.

The court thus ordered the Union to file the clarification with respect to the action taken for accepting the recommendations of the Law Commission.

Today: Petitioner again sought time to file reply to the affidavits filed by the Respondents. Two affidavits have been filed by Respondent No. 2 and 3 on 16.04.2018 and 30.07.2018.
