Case Details: This is a PIL for the removal of the loudspeakers from
all religious structures on the ground that their use leads to the encroachment on a person’s “right to left alone and spatial control” and thus violates the fundamental right to privacy.
Today: Petitioner again sought time to file reply to the affidavits filed by the Respondents. Two affidavits have been filed by Respondent No. 2 and 3 on 16.04.2018 and 30.07.2018.

Petitioner is given 2 weeks to file the reply failing which right to file
rejoinder will be forfieted.
