the Governor of Nineveh has issued an order to arrest anyone, citizens, journalists (Iraqi or international) who takes photos or films in Old Mosul.
The journalist Ziad al Sumaidaie was the first to be arrested after the order was issued.

Updates: ERD Local police have arrested the staff members of Mausliyya TV while covering stories in Old Mosul.
Mausliyya staff were arrested after they criticized the governor's order.

Three journalists from Mausliyya TV in Mosul were arrested today by ERD local police after the governor of Nineveh issued an order to arrest anyone who reports from inside Old Mosul.

My grandmother said this in 1996. She came from an old Mosul family that lived in the Bab Lagash neighborhood.
I was 10 years old at the time—it was also the year that I got my first Christian calendar, from a very old bookshop on Al-Najafi Street.
She said this in answer to a question my uncle put to her during their discussion of the distribution of the estate that had been left to them by their ancestors in Mosul. My mother’s share was a part of a small house in the Bab al-Beid section in the old city.

#b 'Teknik menjawab' is not a series of rituals that you carry out to secure an A in the exam. You don't get guaranteed an A just through superficial actions like highlighting keywords or drawing meniscus or inserting isi tersirat.
The problem is students and teachers treat teknik menjawab as some sort of pseudo magical ritualistic gestures that will bring a certain outcome. Draw a pentagram, slaughter a chicken, and your wish will be granted.
Some remote Pacific Islanders in 1940s came in contact with Allied and Japanese soldiers who were more technologically advanced and thought the soldiers were gods who had many "cargo" (canned food, electronics, modern stuff)
