Superconducting linear accelerator demonstrates design performance 
From 14.5 to 17.5 GeV in ca 1 year. Linac reached design energy in summer 2018.
"one bunch is still missing. Let's see if we find it this year" 2699 pulses max so far acheived.
Another great achievement of last year. Flexible electron beam distribution system was commissioned.
Another achievement - parallel lasing of all SASE beamlines at the same time. "especially considering at the beginning of 2018 only one was operational"
Plans for operation in 2019. Other plans include delivery of 600 bunches at 1.1hz to all 3 beamlines, to work to improve operation and stability, and commissioning of self seeding at SASE 2.
