I’ve had multiple people reach out to me today & share their length of sobriety—quitting anything is hard. Getting through holidays and deaths and hearbreak is even harder. To those of you who are still going, pat yourself on the back. To those of you who slipped, keep trying. ❤️

This place has been toxic lately but tonight you all reminded me we can lift each other up and share our struggles and help each other here. I needed that reminder. You also all inspired me to be better to do better. Thank you all so much and be kind to yourselves-It will spread.
