@Docstockk I don't like activism & I do not like protest, but there comes a point where protest is the only way you counter erroneous assumed truths. I think that if we do not now protest & get the criticisms validated in the public domain, people like you will lose their job within 5 years
@Docstockk My personal opinion is that a very virtue centered moral dogma has let to this climate where it is seen as compassionate to mutilate and destroy young people's bodies and justify it as progressive. That is a major challenge to square particularly for those that are left leaning.
@Docstockk We have allowed the medical & pharmaceutical world to pathologize a range of conditions that they can make money out of fixing. We are fighting a lot of people that have made convincing people they need to mutilate their bodies the way they pay their mortgage and feed their face.
@Docstockk They are not going to roll over when faced with a salient criticism or incontrovertible proof of their wrongdoing. Those bastards will hang on for grim death. Talking sense will not be enough, we need the message spread with effective PR...

@Docstockk Posie is quite considered, knowledgeable and reasonable for a tubthumper. I think academics need to make sure that their side is doing their bit, so that when the full outrage at the results of this ideology do hit the public consciousness, all our credible foundations are robust
