Here's my question. The docket mentions 28 U.S. Code § 1605(a)(2). That law mentions state sponsors of terror.

So, did the offense involved in this secret court case have anything to do with one of the states listed as "state sponsors of terror?"

Adding Dawson's theory here, which is also VERY interesting:

Welp, looks like I made an error. Dawson pointed out that the code that's referenced is actually this one. 1605 Lower case (a) section 2.....NOT 1605A/section 2. That changes it all.

Of course AP failed to mention that the suspect participated in the "FAST" program (Fast and Secure Trade program), which is a clearance program for commercial vehicles that are considered "low risk." In other words, it's a trusted shipper program with the US/Canada/Mexico.

" The FBI contractor engaged in certain inherent governmental activities..."

These are activities that MUST be performed by actual government employees, NOT contractors.

CoC, Wall Street, and China are DESPERATE to get their money back from the canceled & renegotiated trade deals.

Let us resume today where we left off yesterday. We now know that the Arab Spring was not an accident and it wasn't conceived out of a retaliatory action from 911. This was an inspired action from an ill conceived Think Tank that was spurring the NWO forward.
Let us bear in mind that most of what we see or hear is merely what those who are in control WANT us to see and hear. Case in point.. the taking down of Saddam Hussein's statue. We were told the people of Iraq was ecstatic and cheering.

Here is an on site photo taken during the removal of the statue. Where are the cheering crowds and why did they cordon the area off so no one could permeate the perimeter. We were sold a bill of goods to further our support for an illegitimate War.

The reason I bring up Singeetham is to move on to the transition between the 80s and 90s, and how the State and establishment became a lens to view the city. This man had no issues negotiating his linguistic, cultural and aesthetic identities clearly. Nor did he pull any punches.
Take Jwaalamukhi for example; Rajkumar plays a firebrand Journalist/activist involved in a criminal court case being fought to expose the crimes of man of great power in the town. Of course, for me Jwaalamukhi will be remembered for this earworm of a song:

Las Vegas mass killer Stephen Paddock may have been a sovereign citizen.
According to sovereign citizen pseudo-legal mythology, if the US flag displayed in a state or federal courtroom has fringe on it, then that court has no jurisdiction over you, so you can't be tried for any crime.
Sovereign Citizen logic:

The Martial Law flag is a US flag with gold fringe on it. Therefore, any flag with gold fringe must be a Martial Law flag.

That's like saying a dog is a mammal with 4 legs. Since that horse over there is a mammal with 4 legs, it is by definition a dog.
