Presumably this is what @aoc's handlers are waiting for - a manufactured violent incident that will afford her a rationale for supporting the coup. They've created her as a leftoid "thought leader"and have been holding her in reserve for just this purpose.
Prediction: immediately after false-flag incidents take place, @aoc will swiftly release the Venezuela statement she's supposedly been preparing for more than a week. That statement, clothed in leftoid R2P language, will support the coup.
Don't imagine for a moment that the response of @aoc and other "progressive" Democrats hasn't been carefully orchestrated in advance. Her silence thus far is strategic; her response will be rolled out at the appropriate time in aid of the coup.
