Subtweet - you can say things that are true even if Maduro says them too, just like in 2003 you were not aiding and abetting Saddam if you said he didn't have weapons of mass destruction, and civil rights leaders were not repeating Soviet propaganda by saying the US was racist
I get that things surrounding Venezuela are very emotional, but I've seen otherwise sober commentators say you basically shouldn't say anything that Maduro also says, or you'll unintentionally help him. But no. It's exactly when things are very bad we need to be most thoughtful.
I mean it sounds stupid to say but it should be bad to say untrue things, whether or not Maduro also says them, and important to be able to say what you think is true or important no matter who else says it
