I am 100% anti-Jim. He’s a sociopathic office bully who should have been fired on day one. Adds nothing to the company, ruined a relationship, and gaslit the top salesman for years. The worst part is you’re supposed to identify with him. My least favorite character of all time.
Jim is the quintessential villain of our time: a dumb guy who seems cool because he shits on anyone who has interests and whose entire personality is built around hating things. He has no other beliefs. We’ve lost an entire generation to the cancer of Jim. Time to take it back.
Can you tell me what Jim thinks about life? Religion? Culture? Politics? No. He is an empty shell of a man, consumed with hate, destroying everyone who gets sucked into his orbit. Pam seems charming but is nothing but an enabler. She is his Eva Braun, Dwight his von Stauffenberg.
They should have killed him off early, with the rest of the show built on solving his murder. In the series finale, the hero of the show, Dwight, is revealed as the killer, with no jury willing to convict.

Nazis were nice too. All a cover. They tried and failed to humanize him later on because they had to cover up his evil before anyone noticed. Don’t buy it for a second.
