I am watching up close a generation of young people struggling with justifying the cost of going to University, and if they go, having to have *certainty* that they are doing the right thing, and if they don't go, having to find *certainty* before they jump. It's horrific.
The mental health aspect of it is one thing; the burden that society is placing on them another; the ridiculous pressure of career expectations and salary prospects another...

Society should be raising these young people up and showing them a bright future.
What we're actually doing is preparing them for the relentless pursuit of *enough* money to ensure that we have *enough* of a house... that's no life
All I want to do is tell them that it's not fair. That I never had that and neither should they.
