It’s therapeutic being a no one. You have nothing to prove, there is no competition with anyone but yourself. You travel at your own pace. When the self is not occupied with its own becoming there is an unpremeditated clarity, a deep ecstasy. ⛱
Before people of shallow understanding read this upside down. Note that that to understand, mind-heart must unburden itself of its accumulation & desire in greed, so that it is capable of the right perception.
I’ve realized that constant & continuous struggle doesn not being understanding but onlys strengthen conflict. When in water, it is best to relax if you must float, struggling will on facilitate your sinking to the bottom.

The effort in panic creates a state of tension in which the pain thrives. But when the tension ceases, mind and body begin to absorb the pain as water reacts to a blow or cut. What we are seeking is already where we are. Drop the prejudices and open your inner eyes.
