This could take hours, days, or maybe I won't ever make it to the end, but this begins my final PDF breakdown of Robert Mueller's work on behalf of our U.S. democracy. 448 pages. starting with the cover. Volume 1 of 2?? They already promising sequels? How George RR Martin-esque!
page 2 is blank. reminding me of my childhood book reports I wanted to make so nice and beautifully formatted. I remember trying to get those plastic bindings to loop through and mostly i just went with a binder clip. I wonder if Mueller used the plastic loopies.
the table of contents is five pages. for those who've seen me do this before i continue to be impressed with the organizational structure of these legal documents! Roman numerals. Indenting. Clarity matters when outlining foreign attacks. Wish I could change to a sans font tho

The offset clause in #RafaleDeal is one of the best things to have happened for India's nascent Aviation industry. In the past all Aviation companies were in clutches of HAL and QA organisations.They neither had scalability or patience to burst laidback bureaucracy. @nsitharaman
Have seen many enterprising small entrepreneurs waiting for hrs to meet HAL engineers or Aviation DGQA officers which are 9-5 cushy welfare postings.HAL had more industrial canteens& cooperative societies than aircraft variants. HAL confined to few cities. Quality was casuality
India was nowhere in software scene despite CMC a GOI company was in computers in 70/80s. It needed an Infosys,Wipro,TCS, few others to stir software world. If CMC were encouraged at expense of pvt IT software domination would have been a dream. Now Indian IT is not golden goose

@arunjaitley 2/ Mr Jaitley spends half of his blog talking of "Delay". Not that this justifies a hasty bad decision by the current government even if it was true, but Mr Jaitley is FACTUALLY incorrect in some places.
@arunjaitley 3/ Let us refresh the memory of Mr Jaitley with an easy to grasp timeline. The key point to see here is that in such a complex purchase, decisions/actions where pending with IAF itself & Vendors too at various times.

Have been constantly telling Scheme ≠ Board. Supreme Court clarifies the same; it isn't rocket science anyway! Alas, who should/will take the correct interpretation of the Supreme Court judgement to the people of TN?
Firstly, Supreme Court didn't order #CauveryManagementBoard be set up in 6 weeks, it is absolutely incorrect. Supreme Court commanded a Scheme to be framed in 6-week period. Media/Parties that are supposed to be neutral rather carried a vicious campaign misinterpreting the Order.
What is a "Scheme" & why is it needed? To unearth Constitutional constraints in setting up #CauveryManagementBoard & to clarify the perplexities & create a complete system in place that'll have perpetual succession irrespective of whichever Govt. is in place in the states/centre.
