Sabia que "believe" não significa apenas "acreditar"?

Sabemos que o verbo to believe significa acreditar. O que poucos sabem é que podemos usar o phrasal verb “to believe in” pra dizer que achamos que uma ideia é boa. Como assim? Segue o thread!
I believe in cooking with less salt………………….Eu acho uma boa cozinhar com menos sal.

I believe in shaving before working out…………..Eu acho uma boa/acho que é melhor fazer a barba antes de malhar.
I believe in having a medical check up once a year after you’re forty……Eu acho uma boa ir no médico uma vez por ano depois dos 40.

Então se liga na estrutura:

Sujeito + Believe in + verbo no ING
