Talk to the audience like they are 5 year olds.
This does a few things:
1. You speak to their inner child. Do that and you cradle their attention.
2. You simplify your language.
3. Your delivery enhances.
4. You feel more confident.
Nah.
That's the fastest way to create a snoozefest.
And I'm going to do that by discussing a little bit of human nature.
We are taught logic as we grow up.
This hack plays into the core of human beings.
Let me ask you a question...
'Formal.'
Okay, formal = your logical side.
But what about your friends, how do you act with them?
'Informal.'
Okay, informal = your emotional side.
You are going to be stiff.
You are going to act like you're talking to your boss or something.
Normal.
☆This is simply stage 1.
You will begin tuning into your emotional body more.
Now, you are MUCH more fluid.
☆This is stage 2.
But my initial tweet helps you speed up the transition.
Here's why....
☆Our emotional side = Our Child Side
No matter how much you mature, your child side will never fully go away.
And speaking to someone's child side is how you CAPTURE their attention.
Find a VERY complex topic that you know inside and out.
Then,
1. Explain it to a 25 year old.
2. Explain it to a 5 year old.
Notice the differences?
For 2, it's different....
You're covering the core principles, so you don't confuse the child.
You're delivering with more enthusiasm to entertain the child.
You feel more confident, because you're the mature adult.
The list goes on...
Speak to their child side.
Speak to their emotions.
Make them feel with your speech & you become a Crowd Control God.
I conquered my speech anxiety & saw tons of people conquer theirs.

Speed up your transition from:
☆Stage 1 -> Stage 2.
You will embrace it like a warrior.
Let's get it!
