They represent not just intense hard labor, but *cleverness* in figuring out how to do more and more epic scope with fewer and fewer people.
If you're a game company, a tech company, or a marketing company, you should BE so lucky as to have that sort of creative, scrappy resourcefulness, vision, and ability to roll with the punches on your team. Hire them, and treat them better than ArenaNet did.
