Good Morning! Thought you might like to see the graph for today. I know early last night I got a super headache, now I know why as the spike was right on the mark of when it began. Seems we are moving into another large spike as I type this. My ears had an actual gong a bit ago

Ok its been about 2 1/2 hours now and it does look like we are going into a heavy spike. It is at least holding so far. How you feeling since say 6am est to now?
