1/ Replication crisis across sciences THREAD

Replication rates (with caveats) across social sciences (stolen from @siminevazire )

2/ Amgen and Bayer are tired of cancer biologists BS (althought they do not say which ones) so they said they can't replicate results:

3/ Medicine: a lot of practices and a lot results are not replicated or found not to work in rigorous investigation ( recommending the excellent and jarring @VPrasadMDMPH book BTW )

4/ Neuroscience: Boekel et al find neuroimaging is...hum...bad...

5/ Most chemists, physicists, engineers, biologists, earth and enviroment scientists report to have failed to replicate an experiment (note the self/other bias :D) :

6/ What about business, marketing, etc? Here it is:

Lots of work to be done, super excited to be able to corrupt some young minds and introduce them to a bunch of cynicism, but hopefully spare them some pain and time chasing literatures that are complete fughazi.
