The future of Wisconsin will be shaped by the Supreme Court election coming up this April 2. There’s one judge in the race who would approach cases fairly: @JudgeNeubauer. This is her flyer. (Thread.)

There’s another judge in the race whose main career experience is spending five years as Scott Walker’s general counsel. Here’s his flyer. Same words: “Fair. Impartial.” But check the upper right corner: “Paid for by Americans for Prosperity.” Yep, that’s the Koch operation.

Lisa Neubauer has the endorsement of 340 judged and former judges. Support from Dems, Republicans, and independents. 98% of judges who’ve endorsed in this race are backing her. Brian Hagedorn doesn’t want you to know that. And he doesn’t want you to know whose interests he reps.

For decades, moneyed right-wing interests have invested vast sums to stack courts against the public interest. Those who believe in an independent judiciary have to fight back. Wisconsin, voting three short weeks from now, is a critical battleground. Don’t tune out.
