Just a reminder, everyone - 8chan, where the Christchurch shooter posted his propaganda, spiraled out from 4chan, founded by Chris Poole, who - in 2016 - was hired by Google to 'fix' social networking.

To everyone hating on this post:

it doesn't matter how much sunshine and lollypops 4chan was filled with in the early days, or that any serious shifts occurred after he sold... point is, the system he architected fostered a community that drove radicalization.
To me, that screams that he was - at best - short-sighted when he was 15... and that there was no change to obviate the shift in community dynamics before he sold the company strongly suggests ... he's not very good at designing social networks that DON'T foster radicalization.
So, yeah. He built the thing and didn't optimize it to avoid becoming a shitshow.

So Google hiring him to 'fix' their social network issues... unless the goal was to spread the lulz - it just makes no sense.
And there are plenty of other sources confirming this story... Fortune, Business Insider, Crunchbase, sundry newspapers...

just google it.

So, found something interesting today. Still working out some of the details, but it appears that Epstein didn't just have a *private* plane... his associated aviation entities were all 'charters' eligible to transport foreign nationals eligible for the US Visa Waiver Program.

I've stumbled down an interesting rabbit hole.

Or at minimum, an entertaining one that addresses 'genetic' warfare (essentially, chemical warfare and social control mechanisms using narcotics, alcohol and tobacco... and entertaining because of drunk Yeltsin.

1. Right wing commentators & politicians will try to distance themselves from yesterday's awful #Christchurch attacks. They will claim the shooter was a "lone wolf".
He wasn't.
There is a large online community that supported him, encouraged him, and watched his live stream.
2. Politicians and commentators who've repeatedly built up fear and hatred towards Muslims are also to blame. Looking right at you @fraser_anning and @PaulineHansonOz. And to a lesser extent the LNP.

I've read only a little of the Christchurch shooter's manifesto, but I'd advise skepticism about its contents. Online white supremacists and conspiracy theorists are inveterate liars. They invent the truth they want to be true, then justify it with reams of gibberish.
They have the emotional needs of children without having the innate goodness of children - attention, reaction, and to know they made you mad, so they can laugh at your anger. But children do it because they don't know better. Online racists do. Be skeptical. #Christchurch
As for the footage of the Christchurch massacre, I will never watch it. My mental health and sanity will not be sacrificed at the altar of "understanding" the actions of a dislocated loser. There are other ways.

I won’t post photos but “markings” many are noting on the #Christchurch shooter’s weapons are historic battles & leaders popular w far-right extremists including, in Cyrillic, “Miloš Obilić”, 14thC Serbian knight who killed Murad I @ 1389 Battle of Kosovo, also a far-right trope.
In other words, this has all the markings of a Breivik-style far-right extremist, likely explicitly neo-Nazi judging by some of his images, steeped in toxic, faux-historical narratives about “defending” white Christendom; hence references to Obilić, 1683 Battle of Vienna etc.
One more thought: the shooter makes repeated references to the “remove Kebab” meme, which is based on a propaganda video produced by Serb nationalist forces during the Bosnian War & Bosnian Genocide in 90s. Meshes w/ Obilić references & clear Breivik influence.
