Why isn't the injured man strapped securely on the gurney? Why isn't he kept level during loading? Why is the pseudo-cop allowed to loiter when she is clearly in the way? Notice the patient and his surroundings.
Is it common to wear shorts and shoes inside a mosque? Would Emergency Medical Technicians wear vests identifying them as such? Or as 'observers'? Why isn't the patient securely strapped to the gurney? Why is the patient being loaded a 2nd time, in a new location?
