I avoid writing on #GiletsJaunes. The reason is my twitter friends usually have no idea on how deeply ORGANISED is corruption in France.

Imagine being in a Fr University and the prof ordering you, publicly, to undress your coat, or to sit in another place, or ask you why you didn't note what he just said?

Micromanagement of behaviour, like kindergarten, in a university classroom, in administration. Everywhere.
The irony is that the French are so accustomed with the culture of FEODAL SUBMISSION to the personal whims of any authority (e.g. professor in school and university) that have NO CLUE how a descent educational environment even looks like. Until they study abroad.
And then, after years and years of submission (like in the middle ages) there is an outburst. A revolution. An instable chaos. Giving rise to Napoleonic personas that demand, each and every time, the same thing: NEW BLIND SUBMISSION. And the French are so willing to provide.
Europeans have NO CLUE of the mess of Fr institutions.
17 constitutions. 17 political regimes.
French Revolution? Really? Until 1870 France had a left-wing King!
The last Constitution (1958) revised 24 times!
In 2008 more than half articles modified.
All BS theories tried out.
Only in France: ALL Presidents of Ve République were either elite public servants (elite category of administration) or ENA graduates (like Macron) + two lawyers.

What does ENA (École normale supérieure) mean? No, it's not another Harvard or Stanford.
