How to sell 1000 copies of your books in 6 months of less.

1. I had just completed my book. It took me several months to write a manuscript I was satisfied with. Now I faced the hurdle of selling the book

This is how I did it. You can do the same.

2. "How are you going to sell this book?", a friend asked me. I didn't have an answer. I had used a lot of money to produce the book and I was almost broke. It even got to the point that I almost cursed the day I decided to write that book.

3. Nobody I knew had written and sold books before. The only people I knew who wrote and sold books were pastors with a large congregation who bought their books. I didn't have a church, I was not close to anyone who had a large church, so I was in a predicament.

4. Before then I had read a book by Robert Schuller: Tough Times Never Last, But Tough People Do.
In one of the chapters he told a story about how he raised money to build his first church. How did he do it? He wrote a list.
That list solved his problems

5. Robert used this method to raise millions of dollars to achieve his goal.
I was going to use this same method to sell my book.

Please note that if you have a bad product, an inferior product, it will not sell.
First create a great product, then sell it.

6. I had written a good book so I was very confident that it would sell. To write a good book:
Learn the fundamentals of writing.
Attend trainings.
Pay for coaching.
Learn how to write a good book then selling it would not be a problem.

7. In his book Robert Schuller wrote a long list of all the people he knew who could help him on his project.
He calculated how to raise a million dollars using this method and he did.
I studied his method and applied it to selling my books.

8. I wrote a list of all my friends and acquaintances. I wrote a list of how many books they could buy.
I wrote another list containing their friends.
I wrote a list of the people I knew in church who could buy my book.
I was desperate.
It was a long list.

9. I calculated that each of my friends had friends they could influence to buy my book. By the time I was done with my list I knew I could sell between 200-500 copies of my book.
If it worked, then I would repeat. It worked.
My money problem was solved.

10. I have used this strategy to sell thousands of books.
I can enter a new community, make friends with 5 people, then use this method to sell to hundreds of people.

Everybody has a network of people they know. Tap into this network and sell your books.

11. This strategy works well because your friends like you and want to help you.
Depending on the value you offer in your book, they can become evangelists marketing your book for you.
So offer value, lots of it and your book will sell.

12. Go, conquer your market, sell your books and make loads of money.

Remember, while selling your book, start writing the next book immediately. Maintain the flow.
