The haste with which the illiberal Left sought to exploit the murder of 50 Muslims in the New Zealand terror attack is sickening. I am just one of many “right wing” commentators (coincidentally all Brexiteers) accused of having “blood on my hands” for that horrific massacre. 1/3
The accusation is that anyone who speaks out in favour of controlled immigration, of the need for integration of diverse communities or against Islamic extremism, the burka or niqab or sharia law is EXACTLY THE SAME as the mass murderer who killed 50 innocent people. 2/3

And no, I don’t think I’m a “victim”. The victims of this terror attack are lying in the morgue or fighting for their lives in hospital. But when people expressing reasonable & mainstream views are labelled as “far right” or “fascist” or “Islamophobic” & blamed for inspiring...
... mass murder by a white supremacist racist lunatic, then something is going horribly wrong in our public discourse. This is a blatant attempt to exploit this crime, to intimidate, to censor & divide us. It will not succeed.
