Long term 433 Day trend line Broken
Busted out of 101 Day Range
3Day 23% up with slight PB
#PAS showing a strong uptrend in all but Daily
We are 1.94% away from a retrace to the 236 from ATH. (Kind of a big deal)
CLear support from all MA's including the 100 and 200
1st move - PB to the 5
2nd move - PB to the 618
3rd move - ? - Between the 5 and 618 would be confluence with a retest after breaking the major long-term downtrend line
Pattern is a rising wedge - typically break between 50-75% of pattern
Bias to the Northside but can go either
We got smashed at the Historical Horizontal R - no worries
Just missed the 3.618 target from previous trade - alls good
RSI has further room to grow but carefully monitor to make sure it makes a HH on RSI otherwise we are looking at a swing failure to contend with
Overall a bit torn as the Wedge is due to break, RSI is happy to continue and this coin has painted reaching candles with continuation to the upside before...

However, Volume is slipping downwards, current R is holding and a retest is begging.

Let's talk about it...
Looking at the #PAS we see a 30% Peak gain on the 30 Day with a 25% pullback - Chart Time
Big drop Nov 27th - Created a fantastic V bottom reversal
Solid retrace from the drop to the 709 zone - settling Daily bodies on the 618
After retrace we went sideways in a relatively unproductive manner
BUT... All that sideways action over the last 51 days did leave behind one little nugget of hope...
We'll call it a cross between an ascending and Sym tril - either way, I Like the breakout play on the 8th.
First Big impulse move got us a quick little 382 pullback before continuing on to the move that broke us free.
The Breakout was as beautiful as it could be.
Flipped Horizontal R to S and a retest at the 5
The third big move has found support at the 618

#BTC update - similar to previous cycles, #Bitcoin closed below the logarithmic regression trendline this week reaching towards the lower band. In addition, long-term monthly returns remain in negative territory. 1/
From a historical perspective, #BTC should find intermediate support at these levels. The strength of the upcoming bounce will provide more insight. From a weekly POV, the lower confidence band is steadily rising. Note that so far price has never closed below these bands. 2/
Admittedly, #BTC hit 4800 almost two months faster than previously forecasted and hit the bottom of the current proportional cycle in a hurry. Unfortunately, on a relative basis, on chain transaction volume is weaker than typically witnessed during previous trend changes.

1/ People significantly underestimate the impact that countries with unstable currencies have on #Bitcoin prices
2/ Mining supply is currently ~12,600 BTC per week or ~$80mm. Putting this in context, weekly volume at @LocalBitcoins looks to have stabilized around ~$50mm per week after the late 2017 volume spike with a long term growth trend that looks to remain in place
3/ For those who don’t know, @LocalBitcoins is an online marketplace that facilitates the peer to peer exchange of #BTC for local currency. This is great for analysis purposes because it means we can breakdown the data on a country by country basis

1/ What is the difference between monetization and market cornering? I wanted to explain this in more detail because so many people misunderstood what I wrote.
2/ The process of monetization is the increasing distribution of the supply of a monetary good amongst a population. What matters is not the number of people who become owners per se, but how fully the supply itself is distributed.
3/ For example, if a monetary good is owned by a million people, but 99% of the supply is in the hands of a single person, it is less distributed than a monetary good owned by a thousand people where no single person owns more than 1% of the supply.
