had this crazy dream the other night that i was walking around this (japanese maybe?) suburban elevated peninsula surrounded by a huge lake with low mountain-y hills around the lake. the sky was pink, the grass was pink, the water was reflecting the pink sky [...]
...the foliage on the trees was pink, the houses were pink, and i just kept taking photos and videos on my phone thinking "wow, this is the most beautiful place ive ever been". i just kept thinking that and kept remarking that i couldnt believe a place this beautiful existed ...
its obviously not something id normally draw but i was so struck by this strange scene that had such an impact on me that i quickly drew it after work tonight. in my dream i spent what seemed like hours walking around this place totally awestruck, this was basically the vibe:
