The Trump Campaign did not conspire with Russia.

"DAG Rosenstein and I [Barr] have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is NOT sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense."
I'm waiting to hear how Rosenstein is still out to get Trump...
No Collusion. No Obstruction.

Mueller left Barr & Rosenstein to examine the evidence regarding obstruction.

Neither found evidence of an offense.

Rosenstein is deserving of an apology from those who trashed him despite ongoing evidence to the contrary.

Per Nunes, we know there was no official intelligence used to open the FBI Counterintelligence Investigation into the Trump Campaign on July 31, 2016
3) The FBI was informed on July 22, 2016, of the Papadopoulos–Downer conversation.

A conversation that appeared to have been set up in advance by Downer.

However, Downer's version of events make the actual conversation seem almost pedestrian.

NSA Dir Rogers "stated in a classified letter to Congress that the Clinton campaign-funded memos did factor into the ICA."

Clapper "conceded in a recent CNN interview that the assessment was based on “some of the substantive content of the dossier.”

The Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) contained one significant caveat:

CIA and FBI have high confidence in this judgment; NSA has only moderate confidence.

"moderate confidence" is DC-speak for the report is garbage.

Think about that a minute 50 damn Pen Registers (DNR). That's a lot. On phones alone that enables them to gather Dialed # Received # The time the call was made & Whether the call was answered, or went to voice-mail. The length of each call. Content of SMS text messages.
Post-cut-through dialed digits (digits you dial after your call is connected, like your banking personal identification number (PIN) or your prescription refill numbers). The real-time location of your cell phone to within 10 ft +/-.

KEY SENTENCE FROM BARR'S LETTER: "The Special Counsel's investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election."
KEY SENTENCE 2: Regarding obstruction of justice by TRUMP, MUELLER wrote "while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

Instead, the report "sets out evidence on both sides of the question" Barr writes to Congress.
