Reminder: Brennan & Clapper engineered a series of reports designed to push Russia Collusion:

1st on Oct. 7, 2016. dhs.gov/news/2016/10/0…
2nd on Dec. 29, 2016. us-cert.gov/sites/default/…
3rd - the Intelligence Community assessment (ICA) - on Jan. 6, 2017. dni.gov/files/document…
NSA Dir Rogers "stated in a classified letter to Congress that the Clinton campaign-funded memos did factor into the ICA."

Clapper "conceded in a recent CNN interview that the assessment was based on “some of the substantive content of the dossier.”

The Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) contained one significant caveat:

CIA and FBI have high confidence in this judgment; NSA has only moderate confidence.

"moderate confidence" is DC-speak for the report is garbage.

Rogers also testified on the ICA:
The ICA was used to push the Russian Narrative.

And despite Congressional assurances from Brennan, the Dossier was used in the ICA.
From July '18 - still stands up pretty well. Although I view Spygate as more of a window into a larger picture.

In essence, the ICA was Brennan & Clapper. Some reports say that Strzok reportedly helped.

There was no 17 Agency involvement.

Dir Rogers' NSA was the one agency they could not leave out. And Rogers famously disagreed with their "conclusions".
