I read the indictment Michael Avenatti & two things.

1- All happened in 5 days, so lesson here is don't f*ck with NIKE.

2- Unintentionally NIKE might have helped R Kelly. Really no way any evidence or witnesses that Avenatti brought to DA can be trusted bit.ly/2FzG6rC
The question begs will Avenatti who is looking at LONG TIME in jail, release what he has on NIKE or because of the arrest he will have to stay silent. He claims to have some super damaging stuff bit.ly/2FzG6rC

JUST IN: Federal prosecutors announce charges against @MichaelAvenatti, alleging he tried to extort Nike, threatening to release damaging about the company, if Nike didn't agree to pay millions to him and a client.
@MichaelAvenatti According to the complaint filed in federal court, Avenatti told Nike attorneys by phone last week if his demands were not met, "I'll go take ten billion dollars off your client's market cap ... I'm not f*cking around."
The complaint alleges Avenatti said he'd refrain from holding a press conference, if Nike paid his client $1.5 million & agreed to "retain" him to conduct an "internal investigation," for which he and a co-conspirator would be paid "at a minimum, between $15 and $25 million."

Does anyone else find it strange that the lawyer of Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenatti, worked for a “political opposition research & media firm run by Rahm Emanuel”? According to his official website, Avenatti also worked for Joe Biden in the past. He isn’t being paid by Daniels.

Stormy Daniels lawyer kept quiet til right at the end and then asked to be heard this afternoon. “We have every reason to believe some of the documents received relate to my client and privacy issues you speak about,” he told the court.
