. @potuspress has identified over 300 potential defendants in a class action lawsuit, but all of them will need to be validated and evidence located and stored for use in a case. We'll need to obtain the identities of corporate officers of each of the major news organizations
that were overtly active in pushing the disinformation and fraud as well as specific reporters and "journalists" (use the term lightly) that wrote articles or op-eds that parroted the talking points of the misinformation.
I've registered a domain - classactionlawsuit.group that will be used to launch the initial publicizing of the effort and allow for potential plaintiffs to at least sign up for interest. Although it's premature to consider how the group can be organized, those things are being
considered which will be discussed with an attorney once one agrees to take the case. With the good news from the last couple of days it is easy to celebrate and relax, and we should, but we cannot allow this to pass without accountability.
Hopefully the DOJ will investigate those people responsible for starting the attempted coup, but we cannot just wait for justice to be served in that way. We can do something as "We the people of the United States" and force civil accountability as well.
Also it should be noted that some states don't allow for civil penalty of conspiracy to defraud so we'll be able to sue only in states that allow. We need to attract anyone and everyone who suffered emotionally, physically, or even psychologically in any way since POTUS election
whether it from threats for wearing maga hat to assault .. anything that can be linked to the atmosphere created by the media indoctrination. There will need to be studies obtained that identifies peoples viewing habits of news networks or shows, among other things but these
things can be identified as the case develops and studies are made available. Whistle-blowers, insiders, investigator testimonies, and disgruntled ex-employees may also provide insight and evidence needed as the case becomes known nationally.
If you're wondering, this has been something that has been considered since after the election of 2016. We all witnessed the brutal onslaught of lies, misinformation and distortion by the media 24/7 against then-candidate Trump. When it ratcheted up after the election, it
became clear that unless something is done to reign in this out of control, unethical and destructive news media (and other media that we may or may not be able to sue) that our nation stands little chance of surviving another generation as we know it. I believe that to be true.
President Trump has done what no other person could have done and I believe that no one else could have survived the onslaught and enemies arrayed against him. We can't watch from the sidelines and cheer, this is something we as Americans can do together to reclaim a corrupt
group of elites who control the actions and thoughts of the masses with the media outlets they control. Once we have the groundwork in place, we can exert legal pressure to force changes in areas of society that provide captive audiences that use public funds - such as airports.
This is the beginning. This is the fight that we can all take part and walk the walk.
