This is an independent effort that will need participants from as many cities, counties and states across the nation as possible for what will likely be the largest lawsuit of its kind in US history. The conspirators cannot be allowed to walk away.
Defamation, libel, slander, and 1st amdt issues that are difficult to try shouldn't apply (atty to determine.) This is Conspiracy to defraud the US Govt AND the American people which can be pursued both criminally and civilly. It's hoped that with enough publicity and traction,
this CIVIL lawsuit may serve as a catalyst for the DOJ to pursue criminal investigation and prosecution for all involved. This effort will likely test legal boundaries that likely haven't been tested but if we don't act, our nation may not survive another generation.
We'll need individuals who can build and manage website, security, communications, and more, DM if you can help. Class members will serve as plaintiffs on behalf of the American people. Organization, Strategy and legal issues will be worked out as case develops.
Note: This is not being done for personal financial gain but for a patriotic duty to defend the nation from a literal existential threat from within. Plans can be determined how any awards may be used, but for now, planning and spreading the word. This is a uniting cause.
