Six women who worked at the law firm Jones Day filed a $200M class action today in DC federal court alleging gender and pregnancy discrimination. (Jones Day notably has been a feeder firm for top legal jobs in the Trump administration) assets.documentcloud.org/documents/5793…

Hello on this gray spring morning from the Justice Department, where we eagerly, anxiously await the release of a redacted version of special counsel Robert Mueller's full report. We'll have live coverage all day as events unfold, so follow the whole @BuzzFeedNews team
From DOJ spox Kerri Kupec: In his remarks at 9:30am, AG Barr will address executive privilege (whether it was invoked), White House + DOJ interactions over the last several weeks, and the redaction process.

How is Barr feeling today? "Calm," Kupec says.
Here is what we KNOW:
- Barr will have a presser at 9:30am. DAG Rosenstein will be there, but isn't expected to speak.
- Congress will get CDs with the redacted Mueller report between 11am-12pm
- The report will be posted online *sometime* after it's delivered to the Hill

A new wrinkle: Rep. Nadler says he's been told Congress won't get the Mueller report until *after* AG Barr's press conference tomorrow, and he's not happy about it
A senior DOJ official confirms that the Mueller report will be delivered to the Hill between 11am and noon tomorrow
Also: The senior DOJ official says the Hill will be getting the report on CDs.

NEW: Prosecutors in Roger Stone's case say certain information in the soon-to-be-released Mueller report was redacted specifically to comply with the court's gag order, and that a "limited" number of members of Congress will be allowed to see that info assets.documentcloud.org/documents/5951…
Prosecutors won't give members of Congress copies of the less redacted report, but say it "will be accessible" in an "appropriate setting"
Addendum on the Roger Stone filing: It's not clear what other info redacted in the public version, besides redactions to comply with the Stone gag order, will be in the version some members of Congress will have access to -- it only says "certain redactions," incl. about Stone

This Day In Labor History: July 2, 1964. President Lyndon Baines Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act. Let's talk about Title VII of the law and its impact on workers, especially women.
Title VII prohibited discrimination by covered employers on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin, with an exception for members of the Communist Party who employers could continue to discriminate against.
For the first time, non-communist workers had the right to a job regardless of their race and gender. This transformed employment law and the lives of millions of American workers.
