NEW: Prosecutors in Roger Stone's case say certain information in the soon-to-be-released Mueller report was redacted specifically to comply with the court's gag order, and that a "limited" number of members of Congress will be allowed to see that info assets.documentcloud.org/documents/5951…
Prosecutors won't give members of Congress copies of the less redacted report, but say it "will be accessible" in an "appropriate setting"
Addendum on the Roger Stone filing: It's not clear what other info redacted in the public version, besides redactions to comply with the Stone gag order, will be in the version some members of Congress will have access to -- it only says "certain redactions," incl. about Stone

Rosenstein's successor, Jeffrey Rosen, hasn't been confirmed by the Senate. He had a hearing on April 10 and the committee hasn't voted yet on his nomination.

Hello on this gray morning from the federal courthouse, where Maria Butina, who pleaded guilty to conspiring to act as an unregistered agent for Russia, will be sentenced. She's asking for time-served and immediate deportation back to Russia. Prosecutors are asking for 18 months
Update: We're watching the "Me!" music video in the media room while we wait for Butina's sentencing to start at 10am

NEW: Stuff sure is moving quickly now. The DOJ says there will be TWO versions of the Mueller report tomorrow. One for the public and another for select members of Congress. What's the difference? The special version for lawmakers will have fewer redactions, @kpolantz reports.
This stems from the gag order on Roger Stone's case, according to court filings. The filings confirm that there is information about Roger Stone in the Mueller report, and that it will be redacted. Why? His trial is coming up this year and they can't prejudice potential jurors.

Mueller could only conclude "no further indictments" through three legal paths:
1) No evidence of a crime
2) Insufficient evidence to indict or
3) DOJ guidelines don't allow indicting a sitting POTUS. @traciemac_Bmore @NarativLive #Mueller
Let's eliminate the unlikely:
1) is unlikely because so many people have already been indicted.
2) is possible but unlikely as this investigation has mounds of evidence
3) the likeliest scenario: Donald J. Trump committed a crime but Mueller couldn't indicted under DOJ policy.

New in Instagramland: Roger Stone, using Insta stories (which disappear after 24 hrs), suggests he’s being framed.
He has used this image & language *many times* online and on social media. But this is the first time I’ve seen it since the gag order.
Update: the “Who Framed Roger Stone” post has been deleted from Stone’s Instagram story. (All of his other posts from today remain.)
