It's interesting to compare the architecture of parliaments in different countries. The House of Commons is organised to oppose two sides, while the Swiss Parliament is built to have everybody focus on a common goal.
Great example of how the politics determines the architecture. The alphabetical organisation hinders coordination except for the military?
The North Korean Supreme People's Assembly also physically embodies pretty well the nature of the political system.
It's maybe also a good proxy for the price per square meter in different capitals: London vs. Berlin.
Important difference between what it was originally meant to do and what it actually does, I suppose.
To be fair, even the Swiss parliament is polarised and deadlocked most of the time.
