Jupiter has been moving slowly for awhile now. Jupiter reached 29° Scorpio on March 14 and it will not clear 29° (Rx) until May 8. That’s 8 weeks straddlingSagittarius and Scorpio.
Jupiter articulates the power of myth and story, and that at any moment there is a story we tell, knowingly or unknowingly. In Scorpio, we come into awareness of the stories shaped by our survival instinct. In Sagittarius, it’s stories shaped by conviction.
Our survival instinct possesses us in varying degrees at various points in life. We might spend months or years possessed by a force that shuts out awareness of anything other than that which keeps us alive.
